Your Wedding Package Includes:
* One Talented, Friendly, Professional Disc Jockey - Skilled at managing your music, your guests, and the million details you're working so hard right now! He will DJ and MC, and work to ensure you can take the day off and enjoy the party!
* Professional State of the Art Sound & Lighting - Your guests will enjoy the best in sound and lighting, with volume that's not overbearing, and lighting that won't blind anyone or affect any of the pictures your photographer will be taking. (Don't worry about cheesy fog machines. We don't bring them.)
* Unlimited Time - We give all of our brides & grooms no time limit (within reason!). Whether your ceremony & reception goes goes 4, 5 6 hours or more, we'll gladly continue the dancing until you tell us when to play the last song.
* Event Planning Assistance - From the moment you book us your Event Manager is at your service with answers and advice as your plannig begins.
* Ongoing Planning Assistance – In the weeks and months that pass, your Event Manager is available as your plans develop and change. We'll also work with the other members of your wedding team (venue managers, caterers, photographers, etc) to assist you in any way we can.
* The "Reception Review" - Approximately 30 days before the wedding, you'll phone conference with your Event Manager to finalized all the details of your day, from itinerary, timelines, song selections, music guielines, introductions - even the correct pronunciations of the names of your wedding party. Don't worry, he'll provide you a worksheet beforehand to make the Reception Review a piece of cake. Then your event materials are produced by our Admin team and passed along to your DJ.
* DJ Conference – Once your DJ has reviewed your Reception information he'll give you a call. It's a great way to polish any final details of the event, get to know him, and ensure that he understands you and your desires for the big day. This way you'll know our DJ is well prepared to successfully orchestrate the plans you've worked so hard on. Yours will be a great day!
Additional Services:
Ceremony Service – From the music in the air as your guests arrive, through your personalized processional and recessional music, our Ceremony Service provides it all, including a wireless microphone for your officiate.
Best of all, our Ceremony Service is included in your Wedding Package at no extra charge (provided the ceremony takes place at the same location as the reception and requires no additional personnel, setup or moving of equipment.) We can also accommodate live vocalists or musicians who perform at your ceremony or reception at no charge.
